What is NextNote?
NextNote connects PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations to professional presenter displays across your local network. Separate Helper apps provide platform-specific integration while the same Mac and Windows Display apps receive slides and speaker notes.
NextNote Helper
Install the PowerPoint or Google Slides Helper on the presentation machine. It sends presentation content to Display apps across the local network and uses Bonjour for zero-configuration discovery.
NextNote Display
The operator interface. Runs on any Mac or Windows machine on the local network. It enables the enhanced features that presenters require including, configurable layouts, speaker memories and teleprompting, delivered using multiple independent output windows.
How it works

Install the Helper
Install the PowerPoint or Google Slides Helper on the presentation machine.

Connect your presentation platform
Install the PowerPoint Add-In, or sign in to Google and add a presentation in the Google Slides Helper.

Open a presentation
Start NextNote from the PowerPoint ribbon, or open a saved presentation from the Google Slides Helper.

Connect the Display
Launch NextNote Display on any machine on the same network. It automatically discovers the Helper — no IP addresses needed. Click the helper and instantly see the slides and notes.
Use a trusted private LAN: Helper discovery and presentation transport are intentionally friction-free and do not require per-Display pairing or an access code. A compatible device that can reach a running Helper may be able to request slides, speaker notes and presentation state or send controls. Do not expose Helper ports to the internet or use the Helper on an untrusted public or guest network. RemoteView access codes are separate from Helper-to-Display connections.

Windows LiveView: LiveView requires compatible Intel, NVIDIA, or AMD hardware H.264 acceleration and a current manufacturer graphics driver. Slides and speaker notes do not require LiveView.
